A 10-week, Masters level accredited course examining in detail how to develop and implement effective solutions at organisational level.
At the heart of action on climate change and making progress towards Net Zero and sustainability strategies, is an understanding of current emissions and environmental impacts. The Management course introduces Life Cycle Assessment techniques, which are a set of tools capable of measuring these impacts across different Geographic (National, regional, City) Organisational and Products scales. Having explained how and where to use these tools and interpret the data produced, it will then explore how this data can be used systematically to improve decisions regarding what actions to take to reach international, national and organisational targets.
